No charge for services rendered

Well, it looks like Dark Wraith was right all along, not that I doubted him much:
Top White House aide Karl Rove has been told by prosecutors he won't be charged with any crimes in the investigation into the leak of a CIA officer's identity.
[...]
The announcement cheered Republicans and a White House beleaguered by war and low approval ratings.

Mark Corallo, a spokesman for Rove, said the White House official "is elated" and said that "we're done."
As Pete Yost says, for someone like Rove, there are "no consequences for misleading the public."

Lefties will wail, righties will applaud, and the fabric of the country exposes its increasingly threadbare nature as the dreary spectacle of America's political aristocracy running amok continues apace and unabaited.
