If you haven't seen Lou Maistros' recent (mid-March) photo catalogue of some sights still extant in the Lower 9th ward of New Orleans, have a look. It will certainly dissuade anyone from thinking that things are moving right along down there. The devastation is vast and continues, uncorrected, to this day.
