The Fleecing of America

When you watch this, one key feature of Parson's contracting for the Baghdad Policy Academy will jump out at the viewer:
Plumbing so bad that when cadets used it, human waste rained through light fixtures and ceilings.
Human waste rained through light fixtures and ceilings. How does one do that? It's an engineering marvel. Unfortunately, most people just don't seem to recognize that.

Of course, the Iraqi perspective might tend to further undercut an appreciation of the technical wonder of their police station. There you are, a new Iraqi police officer, trained by Americans, working in a building built by Americans. And all day long, that American-built building drips shit on your head. What kind of a message does that send?
