Some article I read a couple of years ago gave evidence of how cultures and civilizations in decline were often accompanied by religious fundamentalism and ignorance, as highlighted by your above posting. This country has been successfully dumbed down to the point where too many of us are no longer citizens and instead are mindless consumers whose only job is to buy shi, er, stuff.
