Not much to say about this, other than it's about time. And, oh yeah, hallelujah!
Jury Convicts Enron's Skilling and LayThere is still hope for justice in this country, however small the dollops might be. But when those dollops are as moist and chewy as this, well, that's mmm-mmm good.
Appeals are expected, years more delay -- hell, Lay could be dead before he sees the inside of a cell -- but the record is now there.
By the way, if you've haven't seen Enron: The Smartest Guys in the Room, do so.

Do you think that Dubya, on his way out of office, will dare give "Kenny Boy" a pardon? Kenny was doing a "Heck of a job".
Who knows? It is not outside the realm of possibilty, however.
